What is The Wilted Rose Club's Jewellery made from?

We stock both hallmarked, 925 sterling silver pieces, as well as a collection of silver-plated stainless steel jewellery. All materials are clearly stated on each product in the description and product info sections. Some pieces are 18k gold plated and this information can be found in the same area on the product page. All earrings are made from either 925 sterling silver or surgical stainless steel to ensure they are suitable for everyone.

Do you ship worldwide?

Absolutely! No matter where you are in the world, everyone deserves to be part of the club! We charge £2.95 for domestic postage (free on all orders over £50), and a flat rate £6.95 delivery charge is applied to all orders outside the UK (free on orders over £150).

- Refunds & Exchanges Policy -

We understand that shopping online can sometimes be difficult, therefore we offer a 14-day returns policy. All jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, upon recieving your return we will issue a refund, which typically takes between 3-5 working days to reach your account. To set up a return please send an email to The Wilted Rose Club is a small, family-owned business which means that at this time we are unfortunately unable to cover return postage costs. (We request that you keep your reciept from the post office, as proof of postage, in the unlikely event of any lost parcels!) Alternatively if you desire to exchnage an item for a different size, colour or a different piece altogether, then please drop us an email so we can set this up for you. Return postage of the original item will need to be covered by the buyer, and upon reciept, your exchange will be sent out and you will recieve confirmation via email. We can also offer store credit if this is preferred. For hygiene reasons, all sales on earrings are final.

What if there is a problem with my order?

We pride ourselves on delivering only quality pieces, partnered with nothing short of outstanding customer service, however, we're a very small team of humans, (and one pug), therefore sometimes accidents may occur! If you experience an issue with your order, please do get in touch with us ASAP and we will do. everything in our power to resolve it as fast as physically possible!
